She is survived by: her husband Doug Curtis, Sr.; her father Don Rush, Sr. (Sherlene); her sons, Doug Curtis Jr. (Jennifer) and Daniel Curtis (Brandi); her siblings, Donnie Rush (Brenda) and Rhonda Clark (Charles); her grandchildren, Ashlyn, Micah, Jack, Walker and Anna; and her sister-in-law Beverly Rush. She is also survived by her family and friends.
