She is survived by: her husband David Michael Musgrave, MD; her daughter Allison Marie Musgrave; her siblings, Phillip Enkema, Jr. (Tracy), Robert Enkema (Sarah) and Betsy Enkema Shepherd (Dennis); and her nieces and nephews, Pieter, Gretchen Enkema, Megan, Luke, Sadie Shepherd and Heather Woods.
