She is survived by: her parent Mary Ann Ward of Louisville; her husband Jim Fulgham; her son Jason Fulgham (Emily); her grandson Alexander Wayne of Knoxville; her daughter Ashley Phillips (Jeff); her grandson Holden West; her brothers, Larry Ward (Peggy) of Yorba Linda and David Ward (Mimi) of Shelbyville, KY.; her niece Jackie Ward of Washington, D. C.; and her nephew Tommy Ward of Lexington.
