It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reba Kathleen McSpadden (Chattanooga, Tennessee), who passed away on January 4, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Fulbright and Ninnie Grady Fulbright. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Harris (Sherry) and Kim Owens (Bruce); her sisters, Betty Cabrera and Louise Fulbright; her grandsons, Bradley Owens and Jarrod Harris; and her nieces and nephews, Tony Cabrera, Danny Osment, Scott Neeley, Gina Akins and Patsy Owens. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
