It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymon Samuel Polan Jr. (Chattanooga, Tennessee), who passed away on September 3, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandson Mitchell Polan; and his sister Mary Lee Hamm. He is survived by: his wife Pauletta Mount Polan; his sons, Mike (Tina), Shannon, Brandon and Heath; his sister Faye Marshall (Wiley); and his granddaughter Courtnie Daniel. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
