It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy Goins (Chattanooga, Tennessee), who passed away on April 23, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Glen Goins and Betty Goins Jackson; and his grandson Troy Williams. He is survived by: his wife Linda Burgess Goins; his children, Randall Scott Goins Jr., Terri Williams (Troy) and Tim Jolley (Nikki); his grandchildren, Megan Williams, Wade Jolley and Annslea Jolley; his great grandchild Colden Lusk; and his siblings, Glenda Foster, Darlene Brown Schimpf, Ernie Goins and Janet Hillis Reimann. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
