He was predeceased by: his sisters, Rosalie Spain, Jeanne Clark, Betty Craig and Marie Layhew. He is survived by: his wife Jean Maddox; his children, Shirley Breedlove (Barry), Tony Williams (Lea Ann) and Kim Pratt (Dan); his grandchildren, Julie Feller (Dan), David Breedlove (Casey), Megan Williams, Matthew Williams (Sarah), Emma Rose and Cullen Pratt; and his caregiver Ryan Gelineau. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
