We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2018, at the age of 73, Polly Anne Downs Guinn (Chattanooga, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Downs and Eloise Downs; and her brother Richard Downs. She is survived by: her sister Jenifer Haggard (Neill); her nieces, Lara Pate and Mahala Pate; her son Shadrick Guinn (Melissa); and her grandchildren, Jacob Guinn and Emily Kate Guinn.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that, donations be made to a charity of your choice, in her honor.
