We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2023, at the age of 84, Phyllis Hutsell Jarvis of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred H. Hutsell and Bonnie Norton Hutsell; and her sister Carol Hutsell Davis. She is survived by: her husband Donald "Don" Jarvis of Chattanooga; her children, Terrie Jarvis Stark of Davidson, NC and Ron Jarvis (Cindy) of Cookeville, TN; her brothers, Jimmy Hutsell of Apopka, FL and Anderson "Binky" Hutsell of Decatur; her grandchildren, Rob Stark (Kristen), Pat Stark (Krissy) and Adam Jarvis (Alex); her great grandchildren, Landon, Josh Stark, Maddy, James Stark and Blythe Jarvis; and her sister-in-law Betty Jarvis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other extended family, and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to Hearth Hospice, 513 Georgia Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37403.
