She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Tilley; her parents, Sherman Smith and Marjorie Smith; and her children, Tim Tilley, Kris Tilley, Gaye Hixon and Kimberly Tilley.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Mitchell (Darlene), Rebecca Williams (Rick) and Donna Napper (Danny); her siblings, Sue Graham, Leon Smith (Dru) and Wayne Smith (Suzanne); and her grandchildren, Lauren Chann (Steven), Lindsay Hixon, Daniel Hixon, Jeff Singer and Jennifer Graham. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
Due to the current pandemic, the family will have private graveside services.
