We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2019, Phillip Adam Dean (Chattanooga, Tennessee), born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Grace Elizabeth Dean; his former wife Lauren Baylor Dean; his parents, Steven Dean and Marilyn Dean; his sister Tara Blanchard; his brother-in-law Jason Blanchard; and his nephews, William and Matthew Blanchard. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
