She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Julian Wade and Lydia Mae England; and her siblings, Betty DeBaryshe and Gerald Wade. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia, Philip (Marion) and Donna (David). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
