She was predeceased by: her father William G. Baker. She is survived by: her husband Clarence E. Palmer (Butch); her mother Margaret R. Baker; her brother William G. Baker Jr. (Billy); her sister-in-law Amy B. Baker of Richmond, VA; her son-in-law Christopher G. Palmer (Alice Palmer) of Vancouver, Canada.; her granddaughter Amelia Violet Palmer; her niece Elizabeth Nelson Baker; and her nephew William Miles Baker.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation of Greater Chattanooga Area, Inc. or to the CHI Memorial MaryEllen Locher Breast Center.

“There are no words to express our sorry over the loss of Paula. My husband, Curtis did her hair for years, she sold a home for us and we were so blessed to have her in our life. Paula always had a smile on her face and was a wonderful friend. I know how much Paula loved snow, and I would say do you have your sled ready?
