It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paul R. Garner of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Sr. Garner and Susie Garner (Hawkins); his wife Betty King; and his siblings, Dorothy Barnes, Jack and Robert "Bob" Jr. Garner (Grace).
He is survived by: his children, Paula Tallant (Gary) and Barry R. Garner; and his grandchildren, Alicia Vines (Tim) and Troy Tallant (Delaney). He is also survived by great-grandchild in July; and several nieces and nephews.
