She is survived by: her husband Richard Smith; her children, Tony Carlton (Mary), Tommy Carlton, Shelly Sullivan (Bobby), Steve Kocincki and Chris Kocincki (Brandy); and her brothers, Kenneth Thompson (Rose) and Joe Thompson (Yvonne). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
