It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Jean Gowan of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on March 19, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Goins and Frankie Hutton; and her brother Bobby Goins. She is survived by: her son Kevin Gowan; her grandchildren, Bryson and Brooke Gowan; her sisters, Darlene Bean and Angela Goins; her nieces, Gidget Goins and Hollie Gilreath; her nephew Chris Goins; and her close friend Michael Turner.
