He is survived by: his daughter Angela Tucker (Bryan) of Seattle, Washington; and his siblings, Marjorie Black (Larry), Harriett Sills (Jerry), Pamela Bell, Sabrina Bell, Ricky Bell (Erica) of Chattanooga, TN., Jay Bell (Aldora) of Chattanooga, TN. and Lee Van Bell of Chattanooga, TN.. He is also survived by six nieces, eight nephews and a host of beautiful relatives and friends.
