He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Titsworth; his siblings, Wilson Titsworth and Bonnie Carlton; his brother-in-law Charles Carlton; and his nephew Kenny Carlton.
He is survived by: his children, Nelson Titsworth, II (Dawn) of Maryville, TN and Cheri Titsworth Hunt (Scott) of Cumming, GA; his grandchildren, Ian, Rachel Hunt of Cumming, Cadence, Cortlyn and Caiya Titsworth of Maryville; the mother of his children Carolyn Hardeman; his sister-in-law Deborah Titsworth; and his nephews, Darian Titsworth and David Carlton. He is also survived by four great-nieces, extended family and friends.
