She was predeceased by: her parents, James C Lee and Myrtis Scoggin Lee; and her siblings, Martha Sue Lee and Kenneth James Lee. She is survived by: her husband Richard Ward (Dick); and her children, James Cordell (Kimberly), Richard Ward (Shawnee), Brian Cordell and Shirley DeMatteo (Damian). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
