She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Nave and Ruth Cloud Nave; her husband Charles Cooley; her siblings, George Nave, Harry "Bud" (Ruth Nave), Harold (Dorothy Nave), Lawrence Nave, Kenneth (Helen Nave), Doyle Nave and Marlene Nave Logan (John); and her son-in-law Tim Clifton.

She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Cooley, Connie Cooley Updegraff (Mike) and Cathy Cooley Clifton; her grandchildren, Ross Updegraff (Jillian), Lane Updegraff (Stephanie) and Cameron Clifton; her great grandchildren, William Updegraff, Evelyn Updegraff, Brooks Updegraff and Rhys Updegraff; her sister Anna Ruth Hughes (Ozzie); and her sisters-in-law, Carla Nave and Helen Nave.
