She was predeceased by: her husband Charles; her brother Paul Nelson Smith; and her parents, Paul Lancaster and Thelma Anne Smith of Smith's Beauty Shop. She is survived by: her sister Julia; her children, Kathy Garner (Joel) and Kenneth Lee Burnette (Tanya); her grandchildren, Brandy Sharp (Christopher) and Casey Garner; her great grandchildren, Trinity, Danikia and Destiny Sharp; and her nephews, Tony, Lance and David Smith.
