He was predeceased by: his wife DeAnna Braley (Dement); his mother Marilyn Walden; and his grandmother Litha Watkins. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Fowler (Michael) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Megan, Mercy, Mattie Folwer of Decatur and Mitchell Fowler (Sarah) of Athens; and his sister-in-law Diana Dement of Flintstone, GA.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.
