He is survived by: his wife Mary Katherine Patrick; his daughters, Courtney Elizabeth Patrick-Maddox (Carl) and Ashley Nicole Taylor (Hunter); and his grandchildren, Michael Monroe Maddox, Colson Carlyle Maddox and Skylar Brooke Taylor.
