He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Phillips and Bobbie Phillips (Fairbanks); and his wife Valla Phillips (Devine). He is survived by: his children, Sean Phillips (Cindy), Sheri Rominger (Eric) and Shannon Mejia; his siblings, Danny Phillips (Beverly) and Shirley Henshall; and his grandchildren, Mikayla, Gabriel, Evan, Lucy, Noah, Ethan and Serena. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
