He is survived by: his daughter Harper Raylynn Ford of Cleveland, TN; his parents, Dan Bottomley and Linda Bottomley of Harrison, TN; his siblings, Chuck Bottomley of Harrison, TN, Danielle Bottomley and Brianna Bottomley; his grandparents, Dr. Dan and Florence Bottomley of Greeneville, TN; and his pets, Luna and Maggie.
