She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Petty; her parents, Fred Standifer and Emma Standifer; and her siblings, Phyllis Graham and Pete Standifer.
She is survived by: her children, Melba Alexander (Fred), Fran McInelley (Don), David Lamar Lofty (Evelyn), Charlie Lofty (Terri) and Ron Lofty (Sharon); and her brother David Standifer (Peggy). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
