With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Spector of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on September 13, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Marvin I Spector; her parents, Samuel Ed Born and Ollie Elizabeth Born; and her siblings, Patsy Sewell, Jack Ed Born, Billy Wayne Born and Darrell Born.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Cantrell; her daughters, Bethe Pope (Mike), Pam Ransom (Jerry) and Morgan Baugh (Allen); her grandchildren, Lindsay Pendergrass (Chris), David Pope (Jamie), Garrett Baugh (Haley), Sarah Keasler (Ross) and Allie Robertson; her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Ben Pendergrass, Emma and Grayson Pope; and her siblings, Carolyn King (Jim) of Chattanooga, Dosha Blalock of Chattanooga and Jeani Wolfinbarger of Chattanooga.
Per the current health situation and mandate of the Hamilton County Mayor, visitors must adhere to all CDC guidelines, including social distancing and the wearing of facial coverings for visitation and services.
