He is survived by: his children, Grason of Chattanooga, Jordan of Chattanooga and Justice Harvey of Chattanooga; his parents, Lyleathia Harvey and Maurice Harvey, Sr.; his sister Ladainta Harvey Chambliss; his nephews, Rico Weaver and Kelvin Chambliss, Jr.; his great-nephews, Kayden Weaver of Chattanooga and Rico Weaver, Jr. of Chattanooga; his great-niece Mya Weaver; his aunts and uncles, John Muckle, Michael, Bobby Muckle, Sandra Muckle of Chattanooga, Jerline Sanders of Chattanooga and Nettie Harvey of Chattanooga; and his great-aunt Janet Moore.
