She is survived by: her daughters, Miriam Saylor of Lafayette, GA and Deena Reid of London, KY; her granddaughters, Whitney Dwelly (James) of McKee Kentucky and Shauntay Reid of Manchester, KY; her great grandchildren, Ayden Sizemore, Peyton Henson and Prayleigh Dwelly; and her siblings, Ethel Addis (Daniel), Ethel Cobb of Lily, KY, Pat Edaon of Corbin, KY, Robert Caudill (Donna), Alonzo Caudill (Melissa) and Billy Spurlock of Corbin, KY.
