She was predeceased by: her husband Duke Hollingsworth; and her siblings, Juanita Adams, Bonnie FormyDuval and Bud Rogers. She is survived by: her children, Wanda Black (LeBron), Larry Rogers (Susan) of Decatur, TN and Roger Hollingsworth of Decatur, TN; and her stepsons, Herschel Hollingsworth of Athens, TN and LeBron Hollingsworth. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
