She was predeceased by: her husband Truman G. Creed; her children, David Lynn Creed and Hazel Ann Creed; and her siblings, Minnie Faye Thurmond and James Roy Hicks.
She is survived by: her son Lebron Creed; her grandchildren, Jason Moore, Sean Moore, Truman Creed (Kendra) and Chrispin Langford (Kim); and her great grandchildren, Cooper, Easton, Braxton Moore, Landon Green, Cordell and Chandler Langford.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Fellowship Baptist Church, 5335 Clemons Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37412.
