She was predeceased by : her parents, Elbert Bates and Nellie Bates; her children, Cynthia Ann Howard and Jonie Wrinkle; and her close friend Leroy Hobbs.
She is survived by : her daughters, Cathie Durham (Randy) and Debra Lively (Willie); her granddaughter Chelsie Wilson; and her great grandchild Marcie Wilson. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Homes & Cremation Services - Chattanooga (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Home Chapel - Chattanooga (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421).
