She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Petitt and Gaudie Mae Petitt (William George Higgins); her sons, Tommy and Mike Higgins; and her siblings, Vera Thompson (Raymond), Harmon Petitt (Wanda) of Summerville, GA, Billy Charles Petitt (Jane) of Summerville, GA and Charlotte Ann Dooley (Leon) of Fort Payne, AL.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Lewis (Roy) of Hixson and Rick Higgins (Kathy) of Apison; and her sister-in-law Ruby Petitt.
