She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Foss; her parents, Jimmy Pickett and Bobbie Pickett; and her siblings, Jimmy, George, Carl Pickett, Juanita Boyd and Marcella Pickett.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Neill (Carol) and Diana Eaker (Gary); her grandchildren, Jackie McClure and Kristy Hartman (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Clayton Gifford, Austin Gray, Catlyn Gifford and Cambrey Gifford. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
