We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2023, at the age of 84, Martha Ann Coulter of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Armstrong and June Odessa Meadows Armstrong; her husband James Barry Coulter; and her daughter Ann Lucille Mahn. She is survived by: her daughter Cathleen Coulter Collyer (Kent); her grandchildren, Erin Colleen Mahn, Jake Davis Collyer (Allie), Sean Barry Collyer, Nathan Collyer (Tanya), Matthew Collyer and Megan Collyer McNabb (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Coulter Collyer, Keith Broom, Alyssa, Kaiden Collyer, Kirby McNabb and Lincoln Collyer.
