He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Windon and Velma Windon; and his brother Russell Windon. He is survived by: his daughters, Danielle Kailing (Ben) and Rusty Lowry (Renee); his grandchildren, Elise, Elliott and Elijah; and his brothers, Gary Windon and Roger Windon (Mariann). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
