He was predeceased by: his brother Wiley Mayfield. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Mayfield; his children, Brenda Fleischmann (Chuck) and Mark E. Mayfield; his grandsons, Brent Goldberg (Courtney Altfillisch), Charles M. Fleischmann (Mary Francis) of Birmingham, AL, James Fleischmann (Ashley) of Ooltewah and Jeffrey Fleischmann (Brittany) of Ooltewah; and his great grandchildren, Emmaline, Fletcher and Oliver Goldberg. He is also survived by several other great-grandchildren.
