She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Daniel Lawson Smith and Juliet Mae Ellwood; her husband Keith George Bennett; her children, Evon Bennett (Joyce), Keith Bennett, Jr (Mamie), Keitha Hatcher and Judith Hobdy (Cleveland); her grandchildren, Carress Wilson (Curtis), Rachelle Frazier (Nicholas), Randolph Bennett, Alexandria Bennett, Chanesse Hobdy, Jaron Hobdy (Patricia) and Caresse Hobdy; and her siblings, Byron Smith (Iris), Monica Gaskin, Kathleen Baker, Bernice Spence (Ernest), Donald Smith (Mary), Lucille Morgan, Terrance Smith (Janet), Morris Smith (Patricia), Florence Duke (Norman), Dorrett Douglas (Samuel), Karl Smith (Denise) and Marcia Reid (Bryan). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
