He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra "Cookie" Perry; and his parents, Junior Perry and Beryl Perry. He is survived by: his children, Donnie Perry (Paige), Paul Perry (Margaret) and Amy Jenkins (Michael); his siblings, Brenda Leamon (Keith), Trudy Perry and Randy Perry (Donna); his grandchildren, Josh Jenkins (Laura), Lauren Gossett (Matt), Josh Perry, Jeff Perry (Morgan), Kenzie Perry, Haley Jenkins, Nate Perry and Will Perry; and his great grandchildren, Macie Bates, Millie Gossett, Madeline Perry and Spencer Perry.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Buddy's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 110 Somerville Ave, Suite 227, Chattanooga, TN 37405.
