She was predeceased by: her parents, Caswell Logan Cofer and Addie Exie Massingill Cofer; her husband Vernon Culpepper; and her siblings, Willie Austin Cofer, Elsie Louise Cofer Reeves, Alpha Odell Cofer Parker, Mary Evelyn Cofer Noblitt, Edith Beatrice Cofer Webster, Lillian Franklin Cofer Galyon and Benjamin Luther Robert Cofer. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
