She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Maynard Woods; and her parents, Maimie K. Bean and John Henry Bean. She is survived by: her children, Jan Massengale (Pete) and Bart Woods (Ann); and her sister Jean Osborne (Bobby). She is also survived by three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
