She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Marie Carter and Thomas Earl Carter of Georgetown, Tennessee.; her husband Edgar Roark; her son Kenneth Roark; her sister Lucille Goodner Webb; her niece Annie Marie Goodner; her nephew Bobby Goodner; and her brothers-in-law, E. J. Smith, Jr. and Shurden Collins.
She is survived by: her sisters, Virginia Smith of Cleveland, TN and Anna Belle Collins of Georgetown, TN; her daughters, Jamie Davis (Otis) of Oldfort, TN, Judy Jenkins (Jerry) and Michelle Stutz (Ken) of Georgetown, TN; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Roark; her grandchildren, Ryan Davis (April), Mitchell Goins (Ramona), Chris Jenkins (Emily), Angie Hickman (Riley), Jeremy Roark and Logan Wolfe Ashley (Kierstyn); her great grandchildren, Rylan Davis, Kynlee Davis, Silas Bishop, Mikeala Goins, Morgan Jenkins, Aliyah Jenkins, Wyatt Jenkins, Dillon Hickman, Drew Hickman and Bryson Hickman; and her great great grandchild Avah DeJesus. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great- grandchild and special friends.
