He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Octave Morin, Jr. and Conetta Lee Sloan Morin of Lookout Mountain; his grandparents, Nevins Steffner Sloan, Conetta Estelle Lee Sloan of Lookout Mountain, Luke Octave Morin and Mabel Morin of Los Angeles, California.; and his sister Margaret "Peggy" Lee Morin Franck.
He is survived by: his former wife Margaret McLean Lytle Morin; his daughter Elizabeth Lee Morin; his stepson William Nicholas Bratcher (Maggie); and his granddaughters, Madeline Grace Bratcher, Chloe Kate Baldino and Gianna Isabella Baldino. He is also survived by several nieces, a nephew, and close cousins.
