Ruth; his children, Lorry Ronald Ruth, III and Melody Ruth van Schalkwyk; his grandchildren, Merisa van Schalkwyk and Christian van Schalkwyk; and his siblings, Gloria Jane Ruth Haynes, Henry C Ruth, III and Terry W. Ruth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
