He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Barrow and Julia Coleman Barrow; and his wife Mary Ringer Barrow. He is survived by: his children, Charita Lynn Barrow and Brian Lamar Barrow (Emily); his brother Joseph Barrow (Ruth); his granddaughter Ada Marie Barrow; his siblings-in-law, Velma Ringer Jackson (Reginald), Thelma Ringer Smith, Willena Ringer Isom Cameron (James), Howard Edward Ringer Sr. (Olivia) and Windon Ringer (Carole); and his friend Lynda McCowan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
