She was predeceased by: her father Neil. She is survived by: her significant other Charlie Brock. She is also survived by her husband (Charlie), three daughters (Lesley, Taylor, and Laura), mother (Lesley Green) and brother.
In lieu of gifts or flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Association of Visual Arts , the Women's Fund of Greater Chattanooga , or Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy .
