O'Neil; her children, Jeff Allen Headrick (Karen), Teresa Headrick Williams (Regan) and Lisa Headrick Kelly; her stepsons, William Patrick O'Neil and Christopher O'Neil; and her grandchildren, Anna Marie Kelly, Ireland Rhea Headrick, Ian Scott Wesson, Ivy Grace Wesson and Jeffrey Allen Headrick II. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins.
