She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Lewis Sr. and Mattie Lee Johnson Lewis; her grandparents, Frank Weems, Willie Marshall Weems, Charlie Johnson and Lillie Evans Johnson; and her siblings, Thelma Smith, Annie Jeffrey, Dwartha Grayson, Harvey Lewis, Jr., Raymond Lewis Sr. and Nathaniel Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Valerie Lynnette Davis of Chattanooga, TN and Kimberly Davis Boles (Donald, Jr.) of Chattanooga, TN; her former spouse Eddie Lee Davis; her husband Edward N. Broadnax; her grandchildren, Latoria Simmons of Chattanooga and Alexandria Davis of Nashville, TN; her sister Barbara Higgins of Chattanooga; her sister-in-law Lillian K. Lewis of Atlanta, GA; her great grandchildren, Kymberly Simmons of Chattanooga, Malek Dillard of Chattanooga and Angel Sparks of Chattanooga; her great great grandchildren, Da'Ryiah Mungin and Darron Mungin, Jr.; her stepchildren, Mary Bruce, Diane Salter and Edward, Jr.; and her brother Bill Broadnax (Bessie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
