He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene Smith; and his sons, Allen Smith and Eric Thompson. He is survived by: his daughters, Charlene Craig, Sherrie Barnes (Terry) and Charla Cunningham. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
