He is survived by: his children, Thomas Gothard (Amber) and Melissa Gothard; his grandchildren, Tommy, Zayden Gothard and Colton Hegwood; his siblings, Rick Gothard (Faye), Mickey Gothard, Steve Smith (Belinda), Tommy Gothard (Nina), Mike Gothard (Yvonne), Dianna Gothard, Robbie Burkhart (Sam) and Ruby Coffel (Terry); and his stepchildren, Chris Berry and Patrick Arthur (Frida Grimes). He is also survived by Several aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
